• Basic Salary: S$2,300/month

• Attractive Commission: S$1,000 – S$5,000+ per month (performance-based)

• Potential Gross Salary: S$3,300 – S$7,300+ per month

🛍️ Job Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to discerning luxury clientele.

• Introduce and recommend exclusive fragrances based on customers' preferences and lifestyles.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients.

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling.

• Provide an elevated shopping experience that reflects the brand's prestige and exclusivity.

• Support daily boutique operations, visual merchandising and inventory management.

🌟 Requirements

• Prior experience in luxury or ultra-luxury retail, preferably handling high-value products priced at several thousand dollars and above.

• Experience in luxury watches, fine jewellery, designer fashion, high-end fragrances or other premium retail segments is advantageous.

• Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Professional presentation with a strong passion for luxury retail.

• Comfortable working in a premium, service-driven boutique environment.
