Luxury Skincare Consultant / Beauty Advisor / Beauty Therapist

We're hiring Luxury Skincare Consultants and Beauty Advisors for premium international beauty brands in Singapore!

If you have experience recommending skincare products, providing personalised consultations and building customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Central Singapore
Salary: BA up to $2400; BT up to $2700 + incentives
Working Hours: Retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalised skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Understand customer skincare concerns and recommend suitable products
• Explain product ingredients, benefits and application techniques
• Conduct product demonstrations and skincare services where applicable
• Develop customer relationships through follow-ups and clienteling
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets
• Maintain product displays, inventory and counter standards
• Support promotional activities and new product launches

Job Requirements

• Experience in skincare, beauty retail or beauty therapy is an advantage
• Prestige or luxury beauty experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients and routines
• Confident in providing customer consultations
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Professional presentation and service standards
• Comfortable working retail shifts and weekends
