Luxury Skincare Sales Consultant / Promoter (Orchard | Up to $2.8K + Incentive)

Join an elite Swiss Cellular Skincare & Longevity Wellness brand at a premier flagship department store in Orchard Road. We are looking for high-energy, customer-focused Beauty Sales Promoters who excel in client engagement and relationship-building.

This position offers an immediate hourly contract with a direct conversion path into a permanent, full-time role offering base salary, attractive sales commissions, and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales & Promotion: Engage walk-in department store shoppers, present high-performance Swiss cellular skincare and longevity supplement lines, and drive sales conversion.

• Brand Education & Experience: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, explaining skincare routines and longevity wellness science in an accessible, engaging manner.

• Customer Care & Service: Provide personalized product recommendations, maintaining high standards of luxury customer service to foster repeat clientele.

• Sales Administration: Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and log daily sales records.

• Inventory & Counter Upkeep: Organize display inventory, replenish counter stocks, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, beauty counter sales, personal care, or high-touch customer service. (Experience in beauty therapy or aesthetic treatments is a welcome plus, though strong retail sales drive is our main focus!)

• Commitment: Looking for candidates seeking stable, long-term career growth with strong intent to convert into full-time roles.

• Availability: Able to work dynamic retail department store shifts (including weekends and public holidays):

  • Shift A: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Shift B: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Shift C: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM

• Attributes: Strong communication skills, proactive sales mindset, and a polished, professional customer-facing presentation.
