Luxury Travel Designer
Summary
Design and manage end-to-end personalized luxury travel itineraries, coordinating with premium partners while delivering high-touch client service in Singapore.
Our client is one of the established players in the travel and tourism industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Luxury Travel Designer to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high-performing team. They are located in the Central area.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate personalized luxury travel itineraries with unique experiences and premium accommodations.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, transfers, accommodation, tours, dining, and concierge requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel partners, hotels, DMCs, airlines, and lifestyle providers.
- Provide seamless client service before, during, and after travel, including handling urgent requests and resolving issues professionally.
- Stay updated on global travel trends, new destinations, and luxury hospitality developments.
- Assist with marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in luxury travel design, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Strong knowledge of high-end destinations, properties, and experiences worldwide.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Able to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- GDS systems (Sabre preferred) and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Sales-oriented.
