An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced M&A Integration Programme
Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile post-acquisition integration
programme.
Working closely with executive leadership, you'll establish and lead the Integration
Management Office (IMO), coordinating multiple business workstreams to deliver a
successful integration programme.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end integration programme.
- Establish the Integration Management Office (IMO).
- Develop Day 1, Day 30, Day 100 and stabilisation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional business workstreams.
- Manage programme governance, RAID logs and executive reporting.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings.
- Manage programme risks, dependencies and issues.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across executive leadership.
- Support business readiness, change management and communications.
- Track integration benefits and programme outcomes.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years' Programme or Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading M&A integration programmes.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience establishing programme governance frameworks.
- Excellent portfolio, programme and risk management capability.
- Experience coordinating multiple business workstreams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent preferred.
