Location: We are initially focusing on candidates within the Rockford, Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee corridor, including surrounding communities. Proximity to Rockford is preferred because occasional in-person collaboration, training, equipment preparation, and other hands-on responsibilities will take place at our headquarters.
-
Work model: This is a flexible position with periodic in-person work in Rockford. Daily office attendance is not expected, but candidates should be able to travel to Rockford when business needs require.
-
Travel: Travel is a meaningful part of this role. Integrations often require onsite support across the country. While much of the travel is planned in advance, flexibility is important, as business needs can occasionally require short-notice travel.
-
Schedule: Technology cutovers can include evening and weekend work. A common onsite schedule may run from Thursday through Monday or Tuesday.
-
Technology focus: This is not a deeply technical engineering role. We're looking for a strong project leader who can bring together people, processes, vendors, and technology to deliver successful integration outcomes.
