M&A Manager

HHM CPAs is seeking an M&A Manager to assist with all aspects of transaction engagements. A background in public accounting is preferred, along with relevant credentials such as a CVA, but is not required.
This role will be onsite in Memphis, TN.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead both buy-side and sell side transactions
- Prepare and analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports, profitability, working capital, and cash flow
- Review detailed financial records, income statements, balance sheets
- Validate EBITDA adjustments and evaluate risk
- Conduct research and statistical analysis
Your Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial statements, Quality of Earnings (QoE), due diligence, bank underwriting
- Strong GAAP expertise
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- One of the following designations is preferred: ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA.
- CPA license is a plus
