ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A leading A1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced M&E BIM Coordinator to support BIM coordination and delivery across major building developments in Singapore.

The successful candidate will work closely with M&E teams, consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders to coordinate building services, resolve clashes and ensure accurate BIM information is delivered throughout the construction process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate BIM models and drawings for Mechanical & Electrical services.
• Develop, review and maintain coordinated M&E BIM models for construction.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.
• Work closely with M&E Engineers, consultants, subcontractors and BIM teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Prepare and update BIM models, shop drawings and coordinated services drawings.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and follow up on technical and modelling issues.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project BIM standards and requirements.
• Maintain accurate BIM documentation, model revisions and drawing submissions.
• Support site teams with BIM information and construction coordination where required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in M&E BIM coordination for building construction projects.
• Main Contractor or M&E Contractor experience in Singapore will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD preferred.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and building services coordination.
• Good communication, technical coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
