M&E Coordinator

Coordinates mechanical and electrical construction work, reviews specs, and ensures compliance with project requirements and schedules.
Job Description & Requirements
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with client, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule.
- Coordinate with in-house architectural & structural team to minimize discrepancies.
- Check and prepare material sample with shop drawing submission.
- Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance.
- Assess, prepare and submit progress claims for project consultants & subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project
