M&E Coordinator

Summary

Coordinates mechanical and electrical construction work on site, ensuring compliance with codes and safety while managing timelines and budgets.

1. To coordinate and manage M&E works

2. Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

3. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site

4. Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement

5. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.

6. To coordinate M&E wall/floor penetration drawings for approval.

7. Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
