Coordinates mechanical and electrical engineering work on construction projects, managing drawings, subcontractors, and site compliance in Singapore.

To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval
To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
To liaise with authorities for the commision of work
Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval
Resposible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
Understand Main Contract/Subcontract requirement
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
