M&E Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities

• · Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in M&E.
• · M & E Cert preferred
• · Min 2-4 years of relevant site experience in MRT project.
• Responsibilities:
• · In charge of all M&E matters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
• · Liaise with both nominated and domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work and produce progress report
• · Site inspections to ensure M&E works are in accordance to requirements
• · Coordinate all M & E works, including monitoring of work progress
• · Read and review M&E drawings
