M&E DRAFTER
Summary
Drafts mechanical and electrical (M&E) building systems drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, updates as-built documentation, and supports site coordination in Singapore.
M & E Drafter
Monthly Salary: $3,200 - $4,700
Responsibilities:
- Assist to produce M&E systems design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings
- related to building and interior works
- Assist with site measurements
- Monitor site installation progress and update changes on site
- Prepare and compile As-Built drawings for submission
- Assist in printing of all drawings as requested by project managers
- Ensure on-time completion of required drawings
- Proficient in 2D & 3D AUTOCAD & other desirable software skills (Autocad Revit, BIM)
Requirements:
· Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent
· Mechanical or Electrical Engineeringbackground
· Familiar with local building codes
· Familiar with local submission procedures
· Exposure to ISO / drafting standards
· Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
· Perform as a good team player
