M&E Drafter
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, update, and revise technical and shop drawings for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
Interpret design specifications, sketches, and calculations into accurate CAD drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements.
Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.
Support the submission of drawings for authority approvals and client reviews.
Maintain and organize drawing documentation for easy retrieval and version control.
Assist in resolving drawing-related issues during construction and ensure as-built drawings are properly updated.
Ensure drafting deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree certificate in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural, or related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
2–3 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in construction or M&E projects.
Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and detailing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
