JOB SUMMARY:
The M&E Engineer is responsible for designing, coordinating and supporting the implementation of mechanical and electrical building services, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, power distribution, lighting and ELV systems. The role collaborates with architects, structural engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure integrated, compliant and buildable engineering solutions throughout all project stages.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support planning and development of projects.
• Assist in the development of engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
• Set design criteria, check design calculation and drawings.
• Prepare documentation drawings required from design development to construction stage and attending consultants’ meetings.
• Maintain overall records of drawing registers, RFI and shop drawings for ISO standard compliance.
• Resolve design and construction issues by liaising and instructing contractors.
• Create M&E working schedule and identify relevant critical paths.
• Attend Consultants meetings, technical meetings and site survey to resolve work site issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• A recognised Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related fields.
• 0–5+ years of experience in M&E engineering design or building services consulting.
• Strong coordination, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks.
