M&E Engineer
Summary
Oversee a team designing and coordinating mechanical and electrical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance and quality while liaising with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for managing a team of M&ECoordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works
· Attend project meetings and establish businessrelationship with the clients, consultants and contractors.
· Coordinate closely with the project team members onconstruction activities, including site logistic, building management, and submissionsto relevant authorities.
· Liaise with the M&E sub Contractors on co-ordinationand installation, testing and commissioning
· Monitor site progress, ensure compliance withspecifications, and maintain quality standards
· Support project documentation, including shop drawings,method statements, and as-built drawings
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry
- Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
