M&E ENGINEER

Summary

Oversee construction projects in Singapore, manage timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination, and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

-Liaise with a project team of workers and contractors in daily site activities.

-Conduct project briefing, kick off meeting and responsible for periodic progress reports.

-Evaluate the master programme and monitor progress.

-Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.

-Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.

-Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.

-Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget.

-Multi ad-hoc tasks assigned.

-Able to work long hours including sunday and public holiday.
