A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) works for building construction projects.
Coordinate M&E activities with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Review M&E drawings, technical submissions and installation plans to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Monitor project progress, workmanship and installation quality to meet project schedules and requirements.
Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works to resolve site interface issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, safety requirements and authority standards.
Manage subcontractors and monitor their performance, progress and quality of work.
Attend site meetings and resolve technical and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee testing and commissioning activities, inspections and handover documentation.
Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to minimise delays and disruption.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in M&E management within the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor.
Working Arrangement: 5-Day Work Week
