Permanent position/ 5 workdays/ Central area
Prior experience working for a main contractor is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in building design and construction of high-rise condo projects is preferred.

Job Description:

Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.
Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.
