M&E Manager / M&E Project Manager (6-7yrs exp/Construction Manager/Substation/Immediately/Short Notice/Civil Constructions)

Responsibilities:

• Manage M&E coordinators and BIM modellers on the design and coordination of M&E works.
• Study M&E drawings and resolve technical and site issues with consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor material submissions, drawing approvals and M&E documentation.
• Check that M&E installation on site follows the approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors and track site progress against the project schedule.
• Attend technical and site meetings, and report any issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or BCA M&E Coordination Certificate, or equivalent.
• 6 – 7 years of relevant experience managing M&E works in the civil construction industry.
• Must have experience in substation projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to lead M&E teams and subcontractors.
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice is advantageous.
