M&E / Operations Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead our mechanical, electrical, and facility operations in Singapore. You will oversee daily technical workflows, manage vendor contracts, and ensure full compliance with Singapore workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Direct daily M&E systems, plant operations, and routine maintenance schedules.

• Team Leadership: Supervise technical staff, operators, and external contractors on-site.

• SLA & Vendor Management: Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and budget limits.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce local regulatory requirements, including MOM and BCA safety guidelines.

• Cost & Budgeting: Track operational expenditures (OpEx) and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing M&E operations, ideally within an MNC or heavy industrial setting.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore building codes, workplace safety, and health (WSH) regulations.

• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation abilities.
