M&E Project Director

Salary Range $10K - $12K

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple M&E projects from tendering to completion.

• Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers and site teams.

• Manage project budgets, costing, contracts and financial performance.

• Ensure project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

• Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including ACMV and related systems.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.

• Review project progress, resolve technical issues and manage project risks.

• Drive business development and secure new project opportunities.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Extensive experience in M&E project management.

• Team management experience.

• Track record managing large-scale M&E projects.
