M&E Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop work schedules, manage site progress, and ensure M&E installation aligns with contract specifications, drawings, and local building regulations.Act as the primary technical liaison between clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site conflicts and ensure smooth project flow.Review shop drawings, prepare method statements, and coordinate technical submissions of equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical panels) to consultants.
• Supervise on-site installation, conduct inspections, and enforce quality control (QA/QC) to ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare progress reports, track variation orders, and document test and commissioning (T&C) records.
• Ensure all works comply with Occupational Health & Safety (WSH) standards and building regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
