ACMV QS : Tai Seng x 1, Sim Ming x 1.
Job Description
Knowledgeable in Chilled Water System and VRV system, Fire protection, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary.
Knowledgeable in Singapore Code of Practice
Responsible for tender surveying, checking of documents, and understanding of drawings and specifications
Preparation of tender and contract documents, including quantity take off & liaise with Clients & consultants
Must be able to do the costing independently to complete the whole tender process
To liaise with the supplier, main contractors, and sub-contractors to prepare the costing for tender submission
Respond and follow up to the client’s queries for the submitted tender
Requirement
Need not be perfect in Electrical and ACMV, but need to strong in either 1.
Degree/Dip in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Quantity Surveyor
Passion to do tender.
Junior to Senior Roles are available.
Candidates from M&E Project Engineers are also welcome to apply if keen to convert to QS role.
