M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR
M&E project tender management
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and calculate Billing of Quantities
- Sourcing and review cost from respective trade suppliers / subcontractors
- Prepare tender documentation and submission
- Assist on preliminary design proposal for design and build projects
- Liaise with Project Manager on proposed project cost
- Cost engineering for future project referencing
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience in Mechanical and Electrical contracting firms
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
- AutoCad competency is an advantage
