- Cover assigned technician duties during absences or increased workloads.
- Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of building services.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment within trade competency.
- Support emergency maintenance and service restoration.
- Assist with equipment inspections, testing and component replacement.
- Receive clear handovers and communicate pending work to the next team.
- Record work completed and materials used.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas.
