Summary
Oversee on-site mechanical and electrical construction work, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.
1. To coordinate and manage building construction M&E site works.
2. Ensure all M&E works are performed on time and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
3. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at construction site.
4. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.
5. To coordinate M&E wall/floor penetration drawings for approval.
