Join Our Team – M&E Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated M&E Supervisor to oversee Mechanical & Electrical works and ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites.

  • Ensure all M&E installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and approved materials.

  • Oversee the installation of LV/HV cabling and terminations, switchboards, panels, distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing, lightning protection, and control systems, as well as fire alarm, ELV, and communication systems where applicable.

  • Coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure work progresses according to project schedules.

  • Arrange and attend inspections with the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) and Resident Engineer (RE).

  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues during installation and commissioning.

  • Attend site meetings and inspections with clients and contractors.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supervising M&E works, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Hands-on experience in ACMV, CCTV, ELV, communication systems, and fire protection systems, including fire alarm and hydrant systems.

  • Experience in preparing for RTO inspections, including the required documentation.

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.

  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Changi East Office

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
