M&E Technician
Summary
Maintains and repairs air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial building, responding to tenant issues and conducting routine inspections.
M&E Technician
· Attend to tenants’ feedback promptly, including emergency breakdown calls.
· Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems.
· Conduct routine inspections of the building, Building Automation System (BAS), and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
· Supervise and coordinate with appointed service contractors, ensuring works are carried out according to schedules, and safety standards.
· Carry out ad-hoc duties related to building operations as required.
Requirements
· NTC 3 or NITEC in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration.
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance for commercial buildings.
· Ability to handle tenants’ feedback and service requests professionally and tactfully.
· A good team player who is responsible, reliable, and has a positive working attitude.
· Willing to work staggered or shift hours, including responding to emergency situations when required.
