M&E Tender cum Design Engineer (Based in Singapore)
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender (75%)
- Preparation of tender and contract documents including BQ
- Prepare and analyse costing for tenders
- Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities
- Assist in preparation of budget for M&E works
- Sourcing for sub-contractors and suppliers and price negotiation
- Support and tender multiple M&E projects concurrently
- Lead pre-tender meetings and brief team members' duties during estimate preparation and submission stage
- Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner
- Coordinate with client and internal departments
- Design (25%)
- Prepare preliminary design drawing and design calculation
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Familiar with tendering, project cost control in M&E work
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
Key Information:
- Salary: SGD 3,500 - 4,500
- Location: Singapore
- Project Details: Major infrastructure railway project
