M01 - Hybrid Infra & Cloud Operations Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Engineer to provide operational support across Microsoft 365 services and on-premises enterprise infrastructure. The role focuses on incident management, service restoration, and operational continuity across multiple technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Support on-premises enterprise infrastructure and hosting platforms.
• Perform initial incident investigation, troubleshooting, and technical triage across collaboration, identity, and infrastructure services.
• Coordinate incident escalation and resolution with Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and infrastructure specialists.
• Execute established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks.
• Support service recovery, backup verification, and restoration activities during incidents.
• Provide operational coverage during staff absences, peak workloads, and resource shortages.
• Maintain accurate incident records, operational documentation, and handover notes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and effective incident resolution.

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure support, or hybrid platform operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration and identity services.
• Familiarity with on-premises enterprise infrastructure and hosting environments.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and escalation coordination skills.
• Experience following operational procedures and supporting service recovery activities.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams and provide effective operational handovers.
