M014-Cust Sales Agent BIL-M

The Customer Service Representative is responsible of taking/make calls from customers who are looking to buy and/or add new lines, cell phones, accessories, mobile protection for Prepaid, Postpaid and/or Internet Services. and close the sale, provide information about products and services, general information about the bill and be able to evaluate the situation accordingly to be able to connect the customer with the correct department by following processes and procedures aligned with client and internal policies.


The position requires empathy and the ability to complete a minimum of one sale per hour.
