A Business Analyst (4–8 years' experience) based in Singapore who gathers and documents business/functional requirements, runs stakeholder workshops, and writes user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specs. Works in Agile/Hybrid delivery alongside developers and testers, supporting SIT, UAT and defect analysis, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and document business processes.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Define workflows, business rules, forms and system requirements.
- Work closely with developers, testers and business users throughout delivery.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis and implementation.
- Manage requirements traceability and change impact analysis.
Key Skills
- 4–8 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, system integration and application workflows.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Government/enterprise application experience is an advantage.
