Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage visa, work permit, and immigration case processing for international employees, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes.

  • Coordinate immigration vendors and legal partners to deliver compliant services and resolve complex cases across jurisdictions.

  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions, mitigating risk to the business.

  • Maintain accurate immigration case records across systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and policy compliance.

  • Monitor immigration cases, deadlines, and renewals, proactively escalating risks or delays to avoid lapses in status.

  • Support employees through immigration processes, responding to queries and providing clear, timely guidance on requirements.

  • Partner with Mobility, HR, and business teams to enable international assignments and workforce moves.

  • Drive continuous improvement of immigration services and vendor coordination to enhance accuracy and compliance.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience delivering immigration or global mobility support services within a large, global organization.

  • Strong understanding of visa, work permit, and immigration case management processes and requirements.

  • Knowledge of immigration laws and compliance considerations across multiple jurisdictions and regions.

  • Experience coordinating with immigration vendors and legal service providers to resolve complex cases.

  • Familiarity with case management systems and digital HR tools.
