MAC Support Engineer

Salary: $130,000 Package

Sydney's leading MAC (Apple) Consulting services organisation needs a talented MAC Support Engineer. Must have the polish and professionalism to interface with key clients in the field on important Level 1-2 MAC issues. Must have top skills in JAMF. Google and Windows experience is a plus. Up to $120K Base + Super.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support a diverse range of Apple and Windows clients, iOS devices and peripherals are supported, installed and maintained.
• Design, implement and support secure enterprise level cloud solutions.
• Provide friendly customer service and outstanding technical support.
• Hybrid Work environment - on-site client work required.

Skills and Experience:

• Mac OS, iOS and Windows client applications.
• Mac MDM using JAMF.
• Server administration, both local and hosted.
• Network infrastructure, firewalls, IPSec, VPNs etc.
• Google and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Cloud backup solutions & management.
• Cisco Meraki deployment and management.
• Client account management and onsite support experience.
• Valid drivers license and own transport.

Must have Jamf Certification 200 or equivalent.
