Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in the areas of Agentic AI and Generative AI. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that can effectively analyze and interpret complex data sets. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into our existing systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python and GCP. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct experiments to validate model performance and optimize algorithms for better accuracy and efficiency. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. - Document processes and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, especially in Agentic AI and Generative AI. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
