Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a Software Engineer who can operate as a technical architect while remaining deeply hands-on — someone who thrives on using modern AI-powered tools to build things faster without compromising on scalability, maintainability, or design quality. This role sits at the intersection of software architecture and applied AI, requiring the ability to design robust systems using React for frontend, Python for backend, and cloud-native infrastructure, while simultaneously identifying and implementing AI-driven workflows that dramatically improve development speed and efficiency across the full stack. The ideal candidate is someone who is constantly exploring the latest developments in AI, experimenting with new tools, and translating that knowledge into practical, scalable engineering solutions for the team.
- Design and define scalable software architecture and design patterns for React-based frontend applications and Python-based backend services
- Act as a technical architect for projects, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and built for long-term scalability on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Identify, evaluate, and adopt AI-powered development tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle
- Build rapid prototypes and production-grade applications by leveraging AI coding assistants and automation tools alongside React and Python
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions, including microservices, serverless functions, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and evaluate how emerging capabilities can be applied to improve engineering efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Establish best practices and reusable design patterns that enable faster, AI-assisted development across the team
- Mentor and guide other engineers on effectively integrating AI tools into their React/Python/cloud development workflows
- Continuously optimize development processes and cloud infrastructure to balance speed, quality, cost, and scalability
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a software engineer or architect, with strong system design and architecture skills
- Strong hands-on proficiency in React (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks) for frontend development
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for backend development, including frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture, including containerization and serverless computing
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, code generation tools, automation frameworks)
- Deep understanding of scalable architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
- Genuine passion for staying up to date with advancements in AI and applying them practically to engineering challenges
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to move quickly from concept to working solution
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams
- Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is a plus
