【Responsibilities】
As an ML/NLP Engineer, you’ll play an instrumental role developing AI solutions into the Infodemic.cc platform’s production systems, enabling real-time detection and analysis of information manipulation.
1.LLM Customization: Fine-tune and adapt large language models for domain-specific tasks like narrative identification, campaign profiling, and summarization.
2.Context-Aware Retrieval & Reranking: Build retrieval pipelines to surface relevant troll campaigns, passage-level evidence, and context-sensitive ranking of high-impact content.
3.Agent-Driven Automation: Architect LLM-powered agents that interact with internal and external APIs, data sources, dashboards, and response systems to automate threat detection workflows.
4.Scalable AI Pipeline Development: Design and maintain production-ready pipelines for continuous inference, real-time data ingestion, and feedback-driven learning loops.
5.Research Translation: Integrate cutting-edge NLP and RAG research into real-world operational systems used for global infodemic monitoring and response.

【Essential Qualifications】
1.Strong expertise in machine learning, NLP, information retrieval, and disinformation detection.
2.Proficiency in Python, C++, or comparable languages.
3.Demonstrated ability to bridge academic research with scalable production implementation.
4.Experience deploying ML systems in production environments with high reliability and throughput.

【Preferred Qualifications】
1.Hands-on experience on uncovering cognitive warfare.
2.Familiarity with model optimization and inference frameworks such as ONNX, TensorRT, or Hugging Face Accelerate.
3.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD orchestration.
4.Backend development capabilities: RESTful APIs, database integration, frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
