Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve our products. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to build, test, and deploy machine learning solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in statistics, programming, and data analysis as well as experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning algorithms and models using programming languages such as Python or R.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design, build, test, and deploy machine learning solutions.
• Clean, preprocess, and wrangle large datasets for training and testing purposes.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data and identify patterns.
• Build predictive models using techniques such as regression, decision trees, random forests, neural networks, etc.
• Evaluate model performance using various metrics and fine‑tune them for better results.
• Deploy models into production systems and monitor their performance over time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of machine learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
• Familiarity with SQL databases for data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
