We are a Ukrainian Defense Tech company building next-generation autonomous ground systems. Our team combines expertise in Robotics, AI, embedded systems, and autonomous navigation, including engineers with experience from global technology and DeepTech companies.

We are looking for an experienced Robotics Software Engineer to join the development of a new autonomous platform currently progressing through intensive R&D and real-world testing.

What you'll do
Develop software for autonomous robotic systems operating in challenging environments
Design and improve perception, localization, mapping, and navigation capabilities
Build reliable real-time software running on edge computing platforms
Integrate sensors, cameras, and hardware components into autonomous systems
Work across the full development cycle, from simulation and prototyping to field deployment
Analyze system performance and improve reliability during real-world testing
Collaborate on system architecture and technical decision-making

What we're looking for
Strong Python and/or C++ development skills
Experience building software for robotics, autonomous systems, drones, vehicles, or embedded platforms
Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 or similar robotics frameworks
Experience with sensors, cameras, localization, mapping, or navigation systems
Understanding of real-time software and deployment on edge hardware
Comfortable debugging complex systems that interact with physical hardware
Linux development experience

Valuable experience
Computer vision and image processing
SLAM, localization, sensor fusion, or state estimation
Autonomous navigation and path planning
Jetson, embedded GPU platforms, or edge AI deployment
UAV, UGV, mobile robotics, or autonomous vehicle projects
Simulation environments such as Gazebo, AirSim, Isaac Sim, or Webots
Machine learning, object detection, or perception systems
