LEXTECH, part of OSD Group, is looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI development team.
In this role, you will research, develop, and optimize machine learning models, with a strong focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision. You will have the opportunity to work with real-world AI applications, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of intelligent solutions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, experimenting with new approaches, and turning AI research into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Research & Technology Development
Research and evaluate emerging AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in NLP and Computer Vision.
Identify suitable AI technologies and frameworks to support business and technical requirements.
Benchmark existing AI implementations against new technologies and recommend improvements.
Machine Learning Model Development
Develop, train, fine-tune, and improve machine learning models for real-world applications.
Adapt existing AI technologies and models to meet specific project requirements.
Work with high-quality training datasets provided by the internal team to achieve optimal model performance.
Support the continuous improvement of existing NLP and Computer Vision models.
Model Optimization & Performance
Evaluate model accuracy, efficiency, and overall performance.
Optimize model architectures and processing methods to achieve high accuracy while maintaining efficient resource utilization.
Experiment with different machine learning approaches to improve model quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
Academic or professional experience in developing and implementing end-to-end machine learning solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with Linux environments.
Knowledge of machine learning concepts, neural networks, and deep learning techniques.
Familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Flax/JAX.
Understanding of Computer Vision applications, including object detection, image classification, image segmentation, object tracking, and OpenCV.
Familiarity with NLP technologies and models such as BERT, GPT, XLNet, ALBERT, or SetFit.
Knowledge of advanced machine learning approaches, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Reinforcement Learning.
Strong interest in understanding human behavior through textual and visual information.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to explore new technologies.
Good English communication skills, particularly in reading and writing technical documentation.
