- Compare transcription of issue raised vs closure remark vs actual root cause.
- Provide % accuracy of correctly tagged resolutions.
- Experience in data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- Understanding of data pipelines and governance.
- Ability to prepare large datasets for BI and ML consumption.
