They are building AI-powered products used at scale and are looking to grow their Machine Learning Engineering team with exceptional talent across multiple seniority levels.

The Opportunity
You will work across the entire machine learning lifecycle, transforming advanced AI capabilities into reliable and scalable production systems.
The team is focused on building and operating modern AI systems, including large language models, training and inference platforms, evaluation frameworks, and production-grade ML infrastructure.
Depending on your experience and level, you may:
Build and deploy machine learning models and AI applications.
Design and scale training, evaluation, and inference systems.
Lead architecture decisions across multiple AI initiatives.
Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning engineering.
Influence the long-term AI strategy of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, deploy, and optimize production machine learning systems.
Build training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and inference pipelines.
Develop reliable infrastructure supporting AI workloads at scale.
Improve model quality, latency, reliability, cost efficiency, and scalability.
Analyse and resolve production issues impacting AI systems.
Partner closely with product, engineering, research, and platform teams.
Establish engineering best practices around AI systems development and operations.
Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making appropriate to your level.

For Senior Engineers

Strong architecture and system design capabilities.
Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
For Principal Engineers
Experience defining technical direction for AI and machine learning platforms.
Proven track record influencing engineering strategy at scale.
Deep expertise across ML systems, infrastructure, and production AI.
