About Vannin Group Vannin Group's Healthcare Division is building the operating system for modern healthcare. Our flagship product, Greencube, is a HIMSS Stage 7 certified electronic health record used across large-scale clinical deployments. We are investing in AI and machine learning to support clinical decision support, operational optimisation, and predictive analytics at scale. The Role We are hiring Machine Learning Engineers to join the Greencube AI team. You will design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning models powering clinical decision support, early-warning alerts, patient-flow optimisation, and medication safety workflows. Key Responsibilities - Design, train, and deploy production machine learning models for clinical and operational use cases. - Build reliable ML pipelines and support MLOps best practices. - Work with clinicians, data scientists, and software engineers to translate healthcare problems into robust model-driven products. - Support explainability, clinical safety, and regulatory readiness for AI-enabled features. - Optimise model latency, cost, reliability, and scalability across cloud infrastructure. - Contribute to the technical direction of the Greencube AI platform. Essential Requirements - 5+ years of machine learning engineering experience. - Strong Python experience and practical knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, or scikit-learn. - Experience with ML pipelines or platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or SageMaker. - Strong software engineering fundamentals and cloud infrastructure experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Clear communication style and pragmatic product judgement. Desirable - Experience with healthcare data, EHRs, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, or clinical NLP. - Experience with LLMs, foundation models, or generative AI. - Familiarity with clinical safety, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, or medical device regulation. - Postgraduate degree in machine learning, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
