About the Role

You'll take existing builds from good to exceptional, refining and retraining models that solve real business problems at scale. The focus is on strengthening what's already been built, not starting from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve, retrain, and fine-tune existing machine learning models and AI systems.
- Handle data preprocessing to support model development and optimization.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Continuously monitor live models to ensure ongoing reliability and effectiveness.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND, MBA/MSc/MA, OND, PhD/Fellowship, or relevant Professional Certificate.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience.
