Machine Learning Expert

Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for designing realistic, long-horizon Machine Learning engineering tasks to train and evaluate advanced AI models. The tasks will be developed using real codebases and must include robust automated graders to validate solution correctness. The work may involve both CPU- and GPU-based ML workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

Design realistic, self-contained Machine Learning engineering tasks within existing codebases. Develop reliable automated graders to evaluate submitted solutions. Test tasks against advanced AI models and refine them to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability. Incorporate reviewer feedback and make necessary revisions until final acceptance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Practical experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or ML Researcher. Strong hands-on programming experience in Python. Good knowledge of Machine Learning libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. Experience in automated testing, model evaluation, benchmarking, or grader development. Strong understanding of test design and validation methodologies. Familiarity with CPU- and GPU-based ML workloads.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for professionals with strong ML engineering or research backgrounds, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to develop reproducible tasks with rigorous automated evaluation mechanisms.
