Job Description
We are seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer with a DevOps engineering background to streamline and automate the deployment of machine learning models into production. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable ML pipelines and environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
- Manage container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure reproducibility and scalability of experiments.
- Automate data workflows and model retraining processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong experience in DevOps engineering, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible), and cloud platforms.
- Proficient in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML projects or collaboration with data science teams is nice to have, but not required.
- Leadership skills or experience guiding technical teams is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for automation and scalability.
