What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping our production operations running safely and efficiently while ensuring our corrugated products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Responsibilities include:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery
Perform accurate and efficient machine setups and changeovers
Run materials through machines according to production specifications
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments to maintain production efficiency
Identify and report equipment issues or defective materials
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications
Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Complete work orders based on production needs
What We're Looking For
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of production equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
Ability to read and follow blueprints, production schematics, and detailed instructions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed
Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening
