Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Overview
We at FILTRAN are seeking a skilled Machine Operators for multiple openings on our 3rd Shift (11:00pm to 7:00am) to operate various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a range of machinery and be able to work independently to ensure production goals are met.
Responsibilities
Set up machines for operation according to job order specifications.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines as needed to ensure proper functioning.
Troubleshoot problems with machines and make minor repairs as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and ensure timely production.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Must be able to communicate in English as well as read instructions in English.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
