Essential Functions:
- Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Determine machining sequences, tooling requirements, machine setups, feeds, speeds, and cutting operations.
- Operate CNC and conventional machine tools while maintaining dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished components and verify compliance with engineering specifications.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure efficient equipment operation.
- Monitor production processes and complete quality inspections in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support production schedules while maintaining safety, quality, and workmanship standards.
